Terms and Conditions
The general terms and conditions for the Stranddörp Lobbe campsite are based on the following:
- the price list
- the terms of payment
- the campsite regulations
- the German Civil Code (BGB)
Reservation:
Reservations are made on written or telephone request or by online booking and are considered binding when the deposit requested in the booking confirmation has been received in the specified account. If the deposit is not paid on time, the reservation becomes invalid without the guest being warned or informed.
Final Payment:
The pitch fee for the entire period of the intended stay must be paid on the day of arrival (cash or card payment). Payment of additional costs is due on the day of departure.
Cancellation:
Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 14 days before the date of arrival. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, your deposit will be retained as a cancellation and processing fee.
Arrival:
The booked pitch is available from 12:00 noon on the day of arrival. The midday rest period from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. should be taken into account. Pitches that are not occupied by 18:00 on the day of arrival and for which no agreement has been made regarding later occupancy can be used by us for other purposes. There is no longer any entitlement to the pitch. Caravan and motorhome owners are obliged to provide proof of a valid gas test.
Departure:
The pitch must be vacated in a clean condition by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the fees. This also applies in the event of a ban due to a violation of the campsite regulations. However, this does not apply on presentation of a medical certificate.
Visitors:
The pitch may only be used by the number of persons registered. Visitors only have access to the campsite after registering at reception.
Restriction on Admission:
Young people under the age of 18 who are not accompanied by an adult are only permitted to camp with the written consent of a parent or guardian.
Insurance:
The administration of the municipality of Mönchgut, as operator of the campsite, assumes no liability for damage to and in the facilities set up and the parked vehicles.
Pitch Assignments:
Every pitch request will be considered, but there is no legal entitlement to a specific pitch. The camping site management reserves the right to make changes due to operational necessities.
Information:
Information provided by our employees by telephone is non-binding and therefore requires written confirmation.
Liability:
Every guest undertakes to treat the inventory and the pitch with care. They are obliged to compensate for any damage caused by them, their companions or guests during their stay.
Change of price information:
We reserve the right to make changes to all prices and information.
Place of fulfillment and jurisdiction:
The place of performance and jurisdiction is the Stralsund Local Court.
